A. Our Goal

Our goal is to bring you revolutionary products at competitive prices. Very simply, we sell more because we sell the best products! Our commitment to you includes great customer service and a 30 day return policy.

B. Payment

We presently process all payments via PayPal. When you check out, you will be re-directed to PayPal's Secure Payment Site for you to complete your order. You will always sign in via a Secure Connection. We ask you to ensure that the address in your browser begins with https:// and not just http://. It should also show a little padlock symbol to indicate the secure connection. If, for any reason you feel unsafe, or suspect that your privacy is jeopardized, please contact us immediately via service@YourTreasuredPet.com .

C. Checkout

After placing your order for any of our products or services, your payment will be confirmed by PayPal. You will be re-directed to the PayPal confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email from PayPal on the approval of your transaction. We will also send you a follow-up email, confirming that we have received your order for shipment. If you are to receive any of our downloadable products, you will then either be re-directed to the download page, or we will send you a link for you to access your downloads. Should you not be re-directed or not receive your download link via email, notify our Sales Department via sales@YourTreasuredPet.com . Please provide us with your PayPal reference number and the date when you have placed your order.

D. Shipping

Cost of shipping is detailed in the shopping cart and may change from time to time. Our Shipping & Handling is normally done via our Fulfillment House and will be done via USPS Priority Mail. This shipping fee includes actual shipping cost, handling fee, packaging material cost, and a tracking or delivery confirmation number.

Presently, we use USPS for all our deliveries. We may, in future offer additional options via UPS or FedEx. All orders are processed and shipped within one week. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of physical products, although every effort is made to get you the products sooner. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from placing your order, you need to contact us at shipping@YourTreasuredPet.com . 

Shipping charges to Canada and other International destinations will incur additional shipping and handling cost. Please note that we can only deliver the product to a physical address and not a P O Box to international destinations. If you receive mail via your P O Box, you will need to include a physical street address AND include your PO Box Number.

E. Lifetime Warranty

Our products carry a lifetime warranty. Our products are made to last and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Please also be advised that some of our products may change slightly in color with age, over time, and exposure to the elements. This is considered normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. 

We make no other warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

In no event will we accept liability for any consequential , indirect, incidental or other damages arising from the use of our products.

In the event of a defect, we will replace your product at no charge during the first 30 days. In the rare case of you experiencing problems with your purchase, please let us know immediately via returns@YourTreasuredPet.com. Please also read our Return Policy before you return any of our products.

This warranty is your assurance of a lifetime of dependable products.

F. Return Policy

1) Prior to any refund or replacement contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number via our email at returns@YourTreasuredPet.com.

2) Regardless of the reason, all items must be returned to us with the RMA# at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we cannot process your claim.

3) Our Return Policy applies only to the Original Purchaser and is Non-Transferable. 

4) Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

G. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and cancelled orders, for whatever reason, are subject to an administration fee of 20% of the total order cost. This fee applies to CANCELLATIONS ONLY and not to our lifetime warranty replacements or return policy.
